Autonomous delivery · Built in Czechia · Real-world testing

Beruška. An autonomous delivery robot for smaller cities.

We are building a Czech autonomous delivery robot for local delivery. From prototype and testing to real streets.

● The project is in development. Beruška physically exists and already drives outdoors.

04

Delivery firstOur first direction is local delivery.

01 / What is Beruška?

A robot with a job.

Beruška is not a technology demo built merely to look good at an exhibition. It is a development platform for autonomous local delivery.

01⌁

Autonomous movement

Navigation, localisation, sensors and supervision — all continuously developed and tested.

02▣

Secure cargo

The shipment is not a public buffet. Only the authorised recipient should be able to access it.

03⌂

Local delivery

We are starting with short, repeatable routes and food delivery.

04◎

Real-world operation

The technology has to work outside the lab. That is where things get interesting.

02 / Evidence, not promises

A render can show you what a robot might look like. Video shows whether it actually moves.

03 / Target operating model

From order
to handover.

We are building an entire system, not just a vehicle. This is the target operating cycle we are gradually validating.

  1. 01

    Order

A transport task is created in the system.

  2. 02

    Journey

Beruška follows the planned route with autonomous navigation and supervision.

  3. 03

    Delivery

The recipient is given secure access to the cargo compartment.

  4. 04

    Next trip

The robot returns to its operating cycle, charging point or service.

04 / Current status

Where we are today.

01

Prototype

It exists and it moves.

05 / Strategy

The biggest map is not always the best place to start.

Why smaller cities?

Smaller cities mean shorter routes, a more legible environment and local relationships between customers, restaurants and operators.

Our product hypothesis is that automated delivery may find its first practical economics there sooner than in an environment trying to solve everything at once.

DELIVERY FIRST🍕

First job:
food.

Pizza and kebab are not futuristic use cases. That is precisely why they interest us. Orders are frequent, routes are short, and customers can tell very quickly whether the service works.

We have a clear first market: delivery.
And we are building a foundation that can grow further.

06 / More than a robot

The robot is only the visible
part of the system.

REMOTE
OPERATIONS

Autonomy does not mean pretending that human help will never be needed. Supervision can work remotely, and one system can gradually serve multiple robots.

DISTRIBUTED
CHARGING

Instead of one expensive central facility, we are exploring a network of simple local charging points hosted by partners.

LOCAL
SERVICE

A robot waiting a week for service from across the country is not good logistics. We want service to be as close to operations as possible.

SOFTWARE
& DATA

Navigation, telemetry, supervision and operating data matter just as much as wheels and batteries.

07 / What is inside?

“We do not want to show what a 3D printer can print. We want to show what a 3D printer can help create.”

08 / Why Beruška?

Technology does not have to sound like an industrial PLC manual.

That is how Beruška came to be. Red, slightly cheeky and with a clear job to do.

She carries cargo instead of a basket.
She has an algorithm instead of a fairy tale.
And the wolves? People.

Martin + Zuzana + Beruška / Fox Robot

09 / About us

For now, there are mainly two people behind Beruška.

Fox Robot is being built by Martin and Zuzana Fox.

The project is hands-on: we design, build, test, break things, repair them and head outside again.

There is no huge corporation behind us. That makes every genuine step forward all the more visible.

10 / Follow the development

What happens
between versions.

On social media we share tests, videos, new parts, mistakes, repairs and the occasional thing that definitely was not part of the original design.

11 / For partners

We are looking for places where Beruška can meet reality.

We are looking for restaurants, technology partners, suppliers, cities and other people who want to test robotics outside presentations.

We do not want a partner merely for a logo list. We want an environment where something can genuinely be built, measured and improved.

FOX ROBOT IS IN DEVELOPMENT.

And Beruška already knows the way out of the house.
